My order was delivered too early. What can I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that. If the delivery person is still there, show them the order confirmation email we sent you with the delivery time you asked for, and ask them if they would be willing to re-deliver your order then.

If you can’t speak to the delivery person, contact us using Live Chat. Have your order number handy - it’ll be in your order confirmation email. (If using iOS, please go back to our help page and select Chat to us).

If you checked out as a guest, make sure you’re using the same device and/or browser that you used to place your order. (If you’ve lost your guest order details or have been logged out on the device or browser you were using, you will need to create an account in order to get in touch.)
