How do I cancel my order?

Get in touch with us as soon as you can. Go to our online help page and select Chat to us.

If you checked out as a guest, make sure you’re using the same device and/or browser that you used to place your order. (If you’ve lost your guest order details or have been logged out on the device or browser you were using, you will need to create an account in order to get in touch.)

Bear in mind that there might be a 50% charge for cancelling your order, depending on why and when you cancel.
