What’s service charge for on my order?

Working closely with our Partners, we aim to deliver a great experience to each of our customers. This is why all of our orders include a service charge. We use this to improve our website and app and make sure your experience is the best it can be. 

How much is Just Eat's service charge?

The service charge is based on the order value. It works out to be around 5% of the order value, with a minimum charge of 50p and a maximum charge of £1.99 per order. The service charge is non-refundable, and it applies to both cash and card orders. 

Do I have to pay a service charge if I collect my order?

Our service charge applies to all Just Eat orders, including those for collection and delivery. 

How will I know what service charge I need to pay?

You can always check the service charge amount on the payment page, under the 'Your order' section.
