I've got a question about my Just Eat gift card

I’ve got a Just Eat gift card, how do I redeem it?

Redeeming your gift card is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Head to Just Eat and login - it is important that you log into your Just Eat account before you redeem your Gift Card. You may lose your credit if you redeem via a Guest Account
2. Tap the icon in the corner and hit ‘Redeem a gift card’ 
3. Pop in your gift card PIN to add the gift card value to your account

Do Just Eat gift cards expire?

Yes. Just Eat gift cards expire after one year. Anyone receiving a gift card has one year from the date of purchase to redeem the gift card onto their Just Eat account.

The Gift Card recipient hasn't received their e-gift card

The first thing to check is that the email hasn't landed in their junk folder. If they still can't find it then reach out to our customer care team who will be happy to help.

Why has my physical gift card not arrived yet?

All physical Gift Card deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail and occasionally there might be a delay. If this is the case please reach out to our customer care team who will be happy to help.

I didn't spend all of my gift card credit on my first order, and I cannot find my unused balance 

This is probably because you redeemed your gift card on a guest account, which cannot store your unused credit. The best thing to do is speak to our customer care team who will be able to resolve the issue for you. Please be ready with your gift card code. 

Why does my Gift Card say it’s not valid? 

Please check that you’re entering your code in the right place. Redeem your Gift Card on your Just Eat account page here, not in the voucher box on the checkout page. If you still have any issues, please contact customer care. 

Why can’t I buy more than 10 gift cards?
