Our Helper Bot is around to help you with your Just Eat order:
- It can confirm your order status and delivery time
- Help if your order is declined by the place you’re ordering from
- Give you hand if an item is missing from your order
- Add account credit vouchers to your account
- Let you know how to leave a review
To get started, go to our online help page and select Chat to us.
If you checked out as a guest, make sure you’re using the same device and/or browser that you used to place your order. (If you’ve lost your guest order details or have been logged out on the device or browser you were using, you will need to create an account in order to get in touch.)
Helper Bot will have the details of your latest order handy, so you can get straight to sorting things out. And if you get stuck, it’s easy to get hold of a human member of our customer care team during customer care opening hours. To do this, just select Chat with a human at the top of the chat window.
The Helper Bot is on duty between 11am and midnight, seven days a week. Check out the terms and conditions.
